Account management

Each client is assigned a dedicated team and a set of effective tools for planning and controlling project development and operation activity. Group member's responsibilities, the agreed upon communication plan and quality standards, confidentiality agreements, IP rights, and other vital documents are transparent to the customer. A certified project/account manager is assigned to manage the project and represent client interests within the Aspen Technology Labs environment.
 

Training

Aspen Technology Labs offers generic and custom training courses for all solutions. The courses are designed to train participants on the common features, functions, configuration and maintenance. Participants are provided with in-depth understanding of the delivered solution.
